Welcome to PaddlePath. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use PaddlePath.

What PaddlePath is

PaddlePath is an educational pickleball training app — guided lessons, drills, quizzes, an AI coaching assistant ("Coach Pip"), optional video analysis, and skill-building games. It's for learning and entertainment; it is not medical, fitness, or professional coaching advice. Play within your own physical limits.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Provide accurate information, and don't impersonate others or share your account to bypass plan limits.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PaddlePath.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits or security; no uploading unlawful or infringing content; no using Coach Pip to generate harmful or abusive content.

Plans, billing & auto-renewal

• A free tier is available. Paid plans unlock the full path and features at the prices shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions (monthly/annual) auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime plans (Club, Camp) are one-time purchases for access to the then-current app for the lifetime of the service.
• Founding "Camp" seats are limited; when the cap is reached, that plan closes.

Content & intellectual property

The lessons, animations, characters (including Coach Pip and Cheryl), text, and software are owned by PaddlePath and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own training. Content you submit (e.g. profile info or analysis videos) stays yours; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service.

AI features

Coach Pip's chat and video analysis are generated by AI and may be imperfect or incomplete. Use judgment; they're coaching suggestions, not guarantees.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

PaddlePath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using PaddlePath anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
